Article of Articulation between worldwide Vancouver University and The International University Vienna.

I. Worldwide Vancouver University and The International University Vienna (as well as its daughter campuses in Kiev and Odessa, Ukraine), agree to develop cooperative arrangements in curricula development, faculty and student exchange, research, and the recognition of each others degrees and diplomas. In addition to business administration programs conducted by both universities, Vienna has special programs in diplomacy studies.

II. The partnership between the universities includes mitigation arrangements in the rare case of catastrophic events (nuclear, earthquake, volcanic, tsunami, war, etc). In such a possibility, the officers of the unaffected university would serve as interim officers of the affected university, legally authorizing them to sign current graduation documents and represent the university as adjunct officers in such contingency.
